Whether you're passionate about community impact, skill development or meaningful connections, there's a role for you here in our village.

In our Care Centre there are many opportunities for volunteers to assist and enhance the lives of our residents. Our residents love visitors and the unique skills, support and personalities they bring.
Your volunteering is also a wonderful support to our hard-working staff. Join us in making a difference and positively impacting lives today.
There are so many areas for volunteers to make a difference — a one-on-one chat, helping with a group activity, taking someone for a walk in our beautiful grounds, playing games, doing puzzles or crosswords, knitting, reading the newspaper, leading a singalong, driving the van for outings. The possibilities are endless.
Volunteers are a valuable part of the St Andrew's Village family no matter how much or how little time they have to give. A regular commitment is preferable, as it enables our residents to get to know you and for you to get to know them. Volunteers are welcome any day of the week between 10.00 am and 4.30 pm.
Fluency in the English language, and a willingness to undergo a police check and complete our St Andrew's Village volunteers' application documentation.

St Andrew's Village was recognised for our outstanding commitment to enriching the lives of residents through a thriving volunteer programme. We proudly support over 145 residents in rest home, care suite, dementia and respite care.

Robyn Liddle is our Volunteer Coordinator. If you would like to volunteer at our Care Centre, please contact her to discuss your interests. She will suggest an area for you to volunteer in, arrange a meeting, and help you complete the required paperwork — including the police check all volunteers undergo.
Please bring your passport or other government-issued identification to your first meeting.
